The Carnahan Award Selection Committee is now accepting nominations for the Mel and Jean Carnahan Public Service Award. The Award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated their commitment to education, law, or community/public service through their achievements and service to the people of Missouri, either through their employment or voluntary efforts.
Use the form on this page to submit nominations. Nomination submissions are valid for three years.
Please be sure to include:
- Your contact information.
- Which category (education, law or community/public service) you are nominating someone for.
- The nominee’s contact information.
- A letter fully explaining the nominee’s achievements and efforts on behalf of the people of Missouri and why the nominee is deserving of the Award.
- A resume, Curriculum Vitae, or biography of the nominee.
- Up to three additional supporting documents including no more than two letters of support.
Please note that this form is for the Award only and not for scholarships. Scholarship recipients are nominated by our university partners.
